It is this effort and their impeccable credentials that have helped us reach the level of success we enjoy today. |

RETURNS
Damaged items must be reported to Creative branch in writing or by telephone within 7 calendar days of receipt of shipment. Creative Branch will handle arrangements to return and replace the product. Return requests for undamaged product may be submitted in writing but are subject to approval by Creative Branch. All returns will incure a 25% restocking fee. There are no returns on custom orders. |  |

 | CUSTOM
As designers Creative Branch knows that products have to change to compliment a specific space. There will be a 10% upcharge for minor changes such as a change of color. For anything else size, containers, specific flower changes or a complete custom line of florals email info@creativebranch.com for more details. We are unable to allow returns on custom orders. |

SHIPPING
Our normal turn around time is 2-3 weeks. We do accept rush orders for a 10% upcharge and will work to meet your needs. There is a standard 15% charge for the shipping of our products. |  |

 | CREDIT TERMS
All orders are quoted FOB Houston, TX. Net 30 and with approved credit. All unpaid invoices will have a 1.5% interest accrued per month (18% annual). All cancellations must be requested in writing and approved by our credit manager. No cancellation will be accepted after 10 days before due date. If you are a new account, all opening orders must be prepaid prior to shipping. Checks are preferred but credit cards are accepted. |
