Mission Creative Branch is now under the direction of one of the pioneers of the industry, Blaine Stacy, and her husband Cameron "Curley" Stacy. Since 1989, it has been our mission to provide the cutting edge in permanent botanicals including floral arrangements, plants and trees while being true to the look that nature intended. We strive to anticipate and fill the needs of our customers, which include the hospitality industry, commercial, residential and model home design firms and retailers, among others. Our focus every year during the holidays is to produce the most outstanding Christmas decorations available on the market today. Networking is a major emphasis for us. Blaine and Curley are active members in the Network of the Hospitality Industry (NEWH); an Industry Partner with the American Society of Interior Designers (AIFD) and a member of the minority vendor group WBEA.
Consultation Service Complimentary onsite consultation is offered by experienced designers through Creative Branch. Our consultant will come to your office or home and gather all the information necessary to make a professional quote that will meet your needs. They will take measurements and photos, gather your input and make qualified suggestions that will help insure that the proposal you receive will be what you expect and more.
Quality Creative Branch has established itself as a nationally known wholesale manufacturer of a complete line of permanent botanicals including floral arrangements, trees, plants and Christmas decorations. With over 50 total years of design experience, our design staff is still passionate about learning and growing in floral design. Our head designer attends classes and symposiums to learn and be inspired by the world's most influential floral designers. We always have an eye out for the new trends so we can offer our clients quality and the most recent looks with which to satisfy their clients.
Damaged Product The sales and design departments makes every effort to insure that orders are filled to your satisfaction. Every precaution is taken by our shipping department to eliminate damage to our fragile product. Report damaged items to Creative Branch by e-mail, fax or telephone within seven calendar days of receipt of the shipment. We guarantee your satisfaction.
Returned Product Submit return requests for undamaged product by e-mail, fax or telephone within the aforementioned seven days , these requests are subject to approval by the management of Creative Branch. All returns will incur a 25% restocking fee and return freight charges are the responsibility of the client unless determined otherwise by the management of Creative Branch. There are no returns on custom orders.
Custom As designers, we at Creative Branch know that products have to change to compliment a specific space. There will be a 10% surcharge for minor changes such as a change of color. For anything else including changes in size, containers, specific floral or plant product; or a complete line of custom product please e-mail <info@creativebranch.com> for more details. We are unable to allow returns on custom orders.
Lead-Time Our normal lead-time is 2-3 weeks. We do accept rush orders with a 10% surcharge and will work hard to meet your schedule.
Shipping and Credit Terms Quoted freight prices are FOB Houston, TX.
Payment in full is required on opening orders prior to shipping. We offer Net 30 terms only after credit check and approval by Creative Branch management.
Privacy Policy Creative Branch respects the privacy of every customer. Any personal business information we collect is for in-house use by Creative Branch. We do not share our business information with any other group or individual without your express permission.
