Sales Representative

Company Overview: Creative Branch is a wholesale manufacturer of cutting-edge permanent trees, plants, succulents, florals, green moss walls and Christmas decorations. We have a 10,000 square foot showroom, design area and warehouse located in Houston’s “design district”. Our clients are residential and commercial designers, furniture stores and model home design firms. We sell and ship nationwide. Our mission is to delight our clients with unique, quality designs that enliven the places they live, work and play.

 

We are expanding! Our wholesale design business seeks a Sales Representative to help us grow our client base as well as deepen our relationships with current clients. We are looking for a motivated, high-energy and goal-oriented candidate to drive revenue growth. If that sounds like you, let’s talk!

 

Summary: Creative Branch is seeking to hire a Sales Representative to generate leads and drive sales, manage relationships, inform potential and existing customers of product features and benefits, and resolve customer complaints. An exceptional Sales Representative should be able to demonstrate effective communication and customer service skills to continually meet or exceed sales targets. A passion for meeting client needs and a flair for interior design are a plus!

 

Responsibilities for the Sales Representative:

 

  • RELATIONSHIP MANAGEMENT
    • o    Building and sustaining long-lasting relationships with new and existing customers through thoughtful, consistent communications
    • o    Traveling to conduct face-to-face meetings with existing and potential customers, and conducting meetings via video conferencing.
    • o    Developing and implementing an effective sales strategy to drive sales.
    • o    Continually meeting or exceeding sales targets by selling company products to new and existing customers.
    • o    Strategically negotiating with potential and existing customers to close sales.
    • o    Maintaining an accurate record of all leads, customer accounts, and sales and reporting routinely to management.
    • o    Collaborating with the marketing function to expand brand presence through the creation of persuasive marketing materials, presentations and pitch books.
    • o    Researching competitors' products and pricing as well as market conditions.
    • o    Keeping abreast of the latest industry developments by attending meetings, training workshops, and industry events.
    • Sales experience, with a proven track record of excellent organizational, customer service, negotiation and consultative sales skills deployed to reach/exceed sales goals.
    • Familiarity with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software.
    • Experience with a small/medium sized enterprise preferred.
    • High school diploma or GED, associates’ or college degree preferred.

Status: Full-time preferred, will consider Part-Time

 

Compensation: Aggressive commission-based compensation structure
